The music department of Laval University has received funding for a research project aimed, among other things, at developing a multimedia platform for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training.
Researchers have composed original musical pieces that serve to motivate people more easily during training.
The objective of the research project is to assess how these musical compositions motivate people and what are the parameters that influence user motivation.
